Start Week 1
Welcome. Take one week at a time, do the work honestly, and write to me the moment something is unclear. Émilie
My program
Complete at least half of a week's practice to unlock the next module. Take your time, this is a journey, not a race.
Your mentorship session
Every week includes a personal session: feedback on your work, your questions, and guidance made for your path. It's included in your program.
You have completed all eight weeks.
Your certificate of completion is ready, in your name. Download it, keep it, and carry it with pride.
Your profile
This is you, inside Maison Amarine. Keep it complete and polished, it is part of learning to present yourself in this world.
Learn it by doing it.
One playful exercise for every week of the program: real situations to judge, quick quizzes, and vocabulary cards. Nothing here is graded and nothing is watched. Play it as many times as you like. This is where the knowledge becomes yours.
Have your CV read the way an agency would.
Paste your CV below and this tool checks it against the exact standards this world hires on, the ones you learn in Week 7. You get a score and specific, honest fixes in seconds. Nothing you paste ever leaves your browser, it is completely private.
▸ Tailor to a specific role (optional)
Where this world hires.
The private-service world rarely advertises on job boards, it hires through trust, referral, and a handful of specialist agencies. This hub gives you the map: the roles, the pay, and exactly where to look, on both sides of the Atlantic.
Maison Amarine gives you the tools and the map to build your own path, not a placement or guaranteed introductions. The roles and agencies below are real starting points for your own outreach. Listings move fast, always check each agency's live openings.
How to use this page. Every role above is a real, published vacancy and every link takes you to the agency's own application page. Maison Amarine is not the employer, does not submit your application, and receives nothing if you are hired. Roles at this level close quickly: if a link has expired, use the live boards below, which are always current.
Start where you can actually be taken. These roles form a ladder, not a menu. Coming from luxury hospitality or private aviation, a private concierge or personal assistant role is a natural first step. Coming from elsewhere, guest relations in a villa, a chalet or a yacht is usually the honest first rung, and it climbs quickly. Estate manager and chief of staff are the summit of a career, not the exit of a programme. Choose the rung you can reach, and be impeccable on it.

Week 6 of your program shows you exactly how to approach these agencies, present yourself, and turn cold outreach into your first introduction. Complete it before you start applying.
Your confidential references.
The insider notes and reference documents from your program, gathered in one place. These are yours to keep, and to return to throughout your career.
The Dictionary of Luxury
Your A to Z reference of the words, codes, and gestures of the private world. Search it anytime.
Each note unlocks as you reach its week. Keep progressing through your program to open the full library.
Your toolkit for the world ahead.
Refined, ready-to-use documents to help you present yourself and open doors, crafted to the standard of the world you are entering. Download, make them your own, and use them well.
The reference library
Every document, to read here whenever you need it, and to download and make your own.
These are living templates. Make them your own, but keep their restraint, in this world, the way a document feels says as much as what it contains.
The names that shape this world.
These are the most influential houses in luxury lifestyle management and private concierge: the companies that set the standard, the tone and much of the vocabulary of the world you are entering. You will rarely be employed by them, your roles live inside private households, but you should know them the way an insider does. Being able to speak fluently about this landscape is part of belonging to it.
A quiet note on what this is. The Register is here for your fluency, not your applications. The agencies that actually place private concierges and house managers into families live in your Career Hub. Study these names to understand the industry; go to the Career Hub to find the roles.
Week 6 of your program maps this whole market for you: who serves, who hires, who places, and how a first introduction becomes an interview. Pair it with your Career Hub, where the live roles and the real placement agencies are waiting.

Watch the world you are entering.
The finest way to absorb the codes of private service is to see them. This is a curated list of films, series and documentaries that live inside this world: the great houses, the yachts, the families, and above all the art of serving them with discretion. Watch a few before you finish the program. You will recognise, on screen, everything we teach.
Watch the satirical ones with a critical eye. They exist to help you understand this world, not to be taken literally. Tap any title to find where it is streaming in your country.
Start with two: The Remains of the Day for the soul of the craft, and The White Lotus for the world as it is today.
Everything you saved, in one place.
